SAMHSA’s National Helpline is a free, confidential, 24/7, 365-day-a-year treatment referral and information service (in English and Spanish) for individuals and families facing mental and/or substance use disorders.

National AA Helpline

If you’re struggling with an addiction to alcohol, help is just a phone call away, thanks to the 24 –hour AA hotlines. Independently run by Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) groups in cities throughout the world, these AA hotlines provide information and refer callers to volunteers who are ready around the clock to answer questions and offer help.
